In the divorce case (Contested Divorce due to the Irretrievable Breakdown of the Marital Union) filed by the plaintiff SEFER KÜÇÜK against the defendant LAURE GEORGINA REID KÜÇÜK before our court; since the notification sent to the address provided in the petition could not be delivered, and the address inquiry yielded no result, it has been decided that the reasoned judgment of our court and the appeal petition submitted by the plaintiff’s attorney on 14/10/2025 shall be served by public announcement.
JUDGMENT:
1. The dismissal of the case,
2. The litigation expenses incurred by the plaintiff shall be borne by the plaintiff,
3. Regarding the fixed proportional court fee of 615.40 TL required for the year 2025, after deducting the 80.70 TL already paid at the time of filing, the remaining 534.70 TL shall be collected from the plaintiff and recorded as revenue to the Treasury; a fee collection notice shall be issued for this purpose,
4. After the finalization of the judgment, any remaining advance payment shall be refunded to the relevant party.
This decision was read aloud and duly explained in the presence of the plaintiff and in the absence of the defendant, with the right to appeal to the Konya Regional Court of Justice within two weeks from the notification of the reasoned judgment to both parties.
Since the plaintiff’s attorney submitted an appeal petition dated 14/10/2025 within the legal time limit, the reasoned judgment and the appeal petition shall be deemed served by public announcement.
It is hereby publicly announced that service shall be deemed completed seven days after the date of this announcement.
